Performance and Characteristics
Besides the performances and characteristics of spiral ribbon type, paddle type mixer has some more advantages as below:
1. It has high safety factor for the feed inlet is equipped with auto power-off protection device for cover opening.
2. Scrappers equipped at the paddle of mixing shaft are used to keep cylinder wall clean and no excessive material is left.
3. It is safe to operate for the feed inlet is equipped with protection screen device.
4. High degree of tightness guarantees slight air pollution degree during operation.
5. The bottom of mixing shaft has reinforced mixing plate to realize more uniform mixing and higher mixing efficiency.
